Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe: We deliver within 5-7 business days across India 🇮🇳 via secure, trackable transit.
Order Cancellation
Pre-Shipment: You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without providing a reason.
Process: Submit a clear cancellation statement via email to care@indusworship.com.
Return Policy
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you (or a designated third party) receive the product to initiate a return.
Eligible Conditions for Return:
The product must be in its original, unaltered condition.
The product must not have been mounted, set, or scratched.
The item must be in its original packaging.
All original certificates and appraisal documents must be included.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or specifically personalised products.
Gemstones that have been set into jewelry or altered after delivery.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion if the merchandise fails to meet these strict condition standards.
Refund Process
Processing Time: We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive and authenticate the returned product.
Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing. You will not incur any administrative fees for the reimbursement itself.
Returning Goods
Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us.
Shipping Requirements: Because some products are high-value items, you must use an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transit. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt and verification of the product.
